Three large windows fill the kitchen with natural light. This, along with the layers of artificial light, highlight the beautiful finishes. Features include original hardwood floors, two-tone cabinets, farmhouse sink, quartzite countertops, and professional grade stainless steel appliances.

E 12th Street

The scope for this project was to connect three separate buildings built in the 1920’s; two duplex residences and a two-story garage with an apartment into a single residence. We converted the existing 3,065 SF building into 4,212 SF by demolishing the middle garage and building a new two-story structure in its place, connecting the buildings together.

Designed to be an extension of the home, the 858 square foot modern outdoor kitchen was built along the exterior side of the garage next to the existing pool. The trim, door hardware, and paint/stain selections were all used within the existing home and brought outside to this space to create a consistent look and feel.
