Step 4: Set Your Service Schedule (or Self-Manage)

If you choose a co-managed or fully managed plan, we’ll schedule your first services and coordinate our trusted trade partners.
If you prefer to self-manage, you’ll receive a complete plan and checklist package — and can reach out anytime if you need support.

• Step 3: Plan Review & Approval

We walk you through the draft, answer questions, and make adjustments based on your lifestyle, budget, and preferences. Once approved, you’ll get a copy of your full maintenance plan and schedule.

• Step 4: Service Begins

With your approval, your plan kicks off. You’ll receive calendar reminders, checklists, and communication from the same team you met — not a call center. We’re your go-to resource for keeping your home in great shape, season after season.

4. Q: Is this just for older homes?

A: Not at all. Our plans are built for homes of every age — including new builds. Preventative care from day one is the best way to protect your investment.

5. Q: Do I have to give you my alarm code?

A: Only if you’re on the Fully Managed tier and want us to access the home when you’re away — and we handle that securely. Otherwise, someone always schedules and coordinates visits directly with you.
