Melanie Schwierzke, Project Manager

Melanie manages projects from plan approval through completion, coordinating timelines, milestones, and communication along the way.

She brings a designer’s eye and a builder’s discipline to her role—balancing planning, problem-solving, and execution. Her focus is on keeping projects organized, decisions documented, and expectations aligned throughout construction.

Brooke Stoerner, Project Coordinator

Gama Velasco, Superintendent

Gama brings more than 20 years of field experience and leads on-site construction operations.

He oversees crews and subcontractors, manages day-to-day job site activity, and ensures that work meets Memory Builders’ standards for craftsmanship and quality. Known for his attention to detail and steady leadership, Gama plays a critical role in maintaining consistency across projects.
