Retail Finish-Out

This commercial remodel transformed a blank retail space into the “Kids Garden” — a light-filled, nature-inspired classroom designed to support play, creativity, and early learning through thoughtful design and child-scaled materials.

Memory Builders had the opportunity to work on an interior finish out for a family owned and operated boutique in Rice Village. What started out as a home décor shop shifted towards apparel when the owner’s daughter came on board as a buyer.

Memory Builders worked with Daniel Scott Turner Design on this 1286 SF commercial interior finish out. The franchisee gave us some unique ideas on how to turn this blank canvas into a unique haircut experience for kids and tweens.
