Laney Clarke, Head of Home Maintenance Operations
Laney leads operations for Houston Home Maintenance (HHM), overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of long-term home care.
She ensures that service plans, schedules, communication, and quality control remain aligned as homes and needs evolve—providing continuity and structure for homeowners over time.

Melanie Schwierzke, Project Manager
