This West University remodel consisted of revamping the kitchen and living spaces by opening up the kitchen to the living area, closing off the stair case opening to the living area, and making cosmetic changes to the cabinetry.

The footprint of the kitchen and adjacent breakfast nook remained the same but brightened up with new white quartz countertops, updated cabinet doors, and decorative chrome light fixtures. Built-ins in the living room were modernized by removing arches and updating the cabinet doors. Lastly, the spaces were transformed with a fresh coat of white wall paint that adds contrast and brings attention to the wood-stained trim around the windows and doors.
