Memory Builders had the opportunity to complete this fun and colorful addition and partial remodel in River Oaks, that consisted of adding a guest bedroom with full bath and parlor to the back of the house. We were able to achieve vibrant spaces full of energy with the use of paint, fabric, and mixing patterns in a sophisticated way.
The remodeled kitchen and added parlor use neutral tile, countertops, and wall colors to hi-light the cabinetry with a bold paint color. The guest bedroom showcases fun polka dot patterned carpet with bright pink seagrass wallpaper, and coordinating custom toile headboard and bedding. The adjacent bathroom is more subtle with white cabinetry and tiles but still incorporates a pop of pink wallpaper. The remodeled boy’s bedroom is contrastingly different with warmer shades of brown and blue, but continues layering textures and patterns. The carpet has a fun geometric shape, paired with stripe bedding and linen wallpaper.
