This 2520 square foot traditional New Orleans style home by Creole Design Architects and interior design by Lamay Designs was one of Memory Builders first custom homes as we started our business operations. The classic colors used on the exterior and traditional lacy ironwork details are impactful and invite you in.

Once inside you’re drawn in by the immaculate attention to detail. Reclaimed Red Oak floors were installed throughout, with a special herringbone inlay at the entrance, and finished with a medium brown stain. Natural light flows through the home, highlighting the classic nuances. The heart of the home is the eat in style kitchen with an oversized island that seats 5, two toned cabinets, and an abundance of storage. Additional features include a farmhouse sink, natural stone countertops, top of the line stainless-steel appliances, and screened-in back porch.

Exceptional Features:

  • Custom CNC Machined Full Overlay Cabinetry
  • Leathered Granite and Marble Countertops
  • High-End Stainless-Steel Appliances
  • Gree HVAC condensing unit w/ a split system at Garage Apartment

This 320 square foot eat-in kitchen was designed as a gathering spot for friends and family. Centrally located, the kitchen provides views of the living areas and lanai.

The u-shape space is anchored by dual 8-foot islands, adding a vibrant blue color to the mostly white color palette. The central island serves as counter space for food prep, and the butcher-block stands out from the rest of the quartz countertops.

Also showcased is a wine/beverage station featuring white oak wine storage and floating shelves. Additional features include soft neutral finishes and stainless-steel appliances.
